My first love affairs were all with fictional men. I sighed over their good looks, longed to run off with them myself, and I’m afraid I was (and still am) totally promiscuous in my great range of literary loves. So naturally I feel very excited to announce that my new lecture series, ‘Men, Glorious Men: from Hamlet to James Bond’ is now open for bookings.
From Oct to Dec this year I will be discussing a variety of men in literature – sexy men, violent men, men who cannot make up their minds, serving men, sporty men and intellectually-challenged men.
